Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Forken Lekker Braai purchase. If something is not right, we will do everything we can to make it right.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original condition. Please email info@forkenlekkerbraai.co.za or WhatsApp 072 662 0686 to arrange a return.

PERSONALISED AND ENGRAVED PRODUCTS
Personalised and engraved products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part. We always confirm engraving details with you before production begins to prevent this.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take a photo immediately and contact us on WhatsApp 072 662 0686 or email info@forkenlekkerbraai.co.za. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

WARRANTY
Our products are built to last generations. If you experience a manufacturing defect please contact us and we will assess and resolve it. Replacement handles are available separately to keep your tools going indefinitely.
